About this Program
Old Dominion University offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a Major in Applied Mathematics. This program is intended for students wishing to pursue graduate work in mathematics or otherwise obtain employment in a mathematics field.

Conduct research in fundamental mathematics or in application of mathematical techniques to science, management, and other fields. Solve problems in various fields using mathematical methods.
