Due to unprecedented demand for on-campus housing this year, all available spaces for the 2026–2027 academic year are currently full; however, we encourage you to complete the housing application as you may be placed into housing as cancellations occur. We understand that securing housing is an important step in preparing for your first semester at Old Dominion University, and we appreciate your interest in living with us.

Off-Campus Housing Resource FAQ

ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ partners with Off Campus Partners, a third party vendor that hosts a directory of student-friendly apartments near campus. Their database is geofenced to include properties within the direct vicinity of main campus and our medical campus.

In addition to apartment listings, the also includes a roommate finder function, where students can create a profile that can help match them with potential roommates. 

Students may walk-in or call the Student Life office at 757-683-3446 for assistance navigating our off-campus housing resources. The Student Life office is located on the first floor of Webb Student Center in suite 1071 and is open from 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
