De-Stress Week

From December 1–8, is offering a lineup of calming, creative, and connection-building activities to help you unwind before finals. Throughout the week, students can stop by for self-care kits, healthy snacks, grounding activities, therapy dogs, hands-on crafts, mindful movement, and opportunities to connect with fellow Monarchs.

With events ranging from aromatherapy stress balls and fiber arts to group walks, wellness workshops, and Late Night Breakfast, there’s something every student can enjoy. Whether you need a moment of calm, a burst of energy, or just a study break with friends, De-Stress Week is designed to support your well-being as you finish the semester strong. Stop in from December 1-5 to enjoy healthy snacks and beverages provided by the Office of Intercultural Relations at the Mane Hub to fuel your studying. Each day will showcase different snacks and information to learn more about the origin and benefits of each treat.

Light Your Path to Wellness

12:30-1:30 p.m. @ Webb Center, Front Lobby

Take a well-deserved wellness break with M-Power! Join us for a calming, creative hour of self-care where you can paint a pot with an uplifting message like “Grow Through What You Go Through”, make your own stress ball, or stuff a plushie to carry into spring. Whether you need to relax, recharge, or just get crafty, this interactive event is designed to help you reset and refocus.

Rage Cycle: Finals Edition

5:30-6:15 p.m. @ SRWC, Cycle Studio

Feeling the pressure of finals? Let it all out at Rage Cycle! This high-intensity ride is your chance to sweat out the stress, crank up the music, and leave it all on the bike. Whether you need to shake off anxiety or just want a fun break from studying, this class is the ultimate release. Come sweat it out. You’ve earned it! Sign up on the Rec Well App or Portal!

Recharge and refocus with us at our Pan Pride Day Study Break! Enjoy study snacks, fidget toys, self-care tip sheets, and an affirmation wall where you can add your own words of encouragement for others during finals. Celebrate and learn more about pansexuality and panromanticism with info, activities, and decor!

Classes are done—time to celebrate! Join HRL and Monarch Dining Services for Late Night Breakfast as we wrap up the fall semester in style. Before finals begin, take a well-earned study  break to grab some breakfast, vibe to great music, win awesome prizes, and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished this semester!

Join the Health Promotion team for a study break in the library during final's week! Various destress stations will be offered like coloring, slime, bubbles, and playdough. Refreshments and snacks will also be available!
