Through self-paced online modules, engaging virtual lunch and learn moments with our campus dietitian, Tracy Conder, and hands on challenges, you'll explore how small, intentional choices around nutrition, movement, stress management, social connection and personal growth can have a lasting impact.

Monarch Munch Meet-Ups are relaxed, social gatherings where students can chat about food, nutrition, and wellness while connecting with the campus dietitian. It鈥檚 a fun space to ask questions, share ideas, and learn simple ways to eat well on campus.
