Whether you used it to draft syllabi, analyze research data, or streamline administrative tasks, MonarchMind proved to be a transformative asset for our campus.
Today, we are excited to announce the next evolution of this flagship AI tool: On Thursday, May 14, we are relaunching MonarchMind as a central AI hub – a single point of access for a suite of world-class artificial intelligence.
What’s Changing?
While the interface you’ve used in the past is changing, the functionality is not. Everything that was possible in the original MonarchMind can now be done directly through Gemini, accessible within the new hub. You still have the same secure, University-managed environment for generating text, processing files, and analyzing data.

The new MonarchMind hub now serves as your front door to a host of AI tools that are grounded in ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿â€™s standards for security and ethics. By moving to this hub-based model, Monarchs gain access to:
- Gemini: Your primary AI assistant for everyday productivity, research brainstorming, and content creation.
- NotebookLM: A personalized AI research assistant that allows you to ground the AI in your own documents to create study guides, summaries, and deep insights from your specific source material.
- Style Guide Assistant: A specialized compliance tool that analyzes your documents against ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿â€™s official style guide and provides instant feedback while ensuring total data privacy.
