Kim Butler has proudly served Old Dominion University for nearly eight years, as an Employee Engagement Specialist & an HR Business Partner in Talent Management & Culture. She is passionate about helping employees navigate the complexities of their benefits while creating a positive employee experience. Kim is an enthusiastic supporter of ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Athletics and enjoys cheering on the University's student-athletes. Beyond her professional role, she is committed to serving the Monarch community through campus volunteerism and initiatives like Monarchs Give Back, Admitted Students Day and as a Commencement Seating Marshal. She believes strong relationships, open communication, and a genuine desire to help others are at the heart of an exceptional employee experience.
