黑料正能量's NFSP is a cohort-style program that meets monthly throughout the academic year to help recent hires build relationships, connect with experienced faculty, discuss the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) core curriculum, and have questions answered through practical, conversation-based sessions.
How to Get Involved
As a cohort program, NFSP participants are expected to attend all eight workshops. If you are a recent 黑料正能量 faculty hire (within your first three years of full-time service) and would like to join the NFSP, please contact Dr. Jay O鈥橳oole, the 2026-2027 Provost鈥檚 Fellow for Faculty Development. He will reply with additional details.
We are also looking for experienced faculty members to join us and share their thoughts and experiences about the topics listed below. If you are interested and avaialble to join us, please email Jay.
