o Mondays, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Open Studio- Art Therapy: This drop in group will give students the space to connect with others through creative expression
o Mondays, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Haven- LGBTQ+; Student group to provide a safe and supportive space focused on the mental health needs of students. All are welcome to attend.
o Tuesdays, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Refuge- Men's Support Group: A safe space for men to process life challenges, develop emotional awareness, and grow in a community with other men navigating college life.
o Wednesdays, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.- Let's Talk- Stress Relief: A supportive place where you can discuss the stress in your life and identify helpful coping strategies.
• Therapy Dogs at Webb Student Center
o Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., as available
• Individual and group drop-in support groups: Facilitated by the Victims Crisis Assistance and Response Team
o Tuesday, March 31 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Isle of Wight Room, Webb Student Center (second floor)
o Wednesday, April 1 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Virginia Beach Room, Webb Student Center (second floor)
