The Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship Program is accredited by the ACGME and recruits one fellow per year.
Our fellowship participates in the .
Applicants must apply through the (ERAS). The application opens on December 1 and is due by May 1.
Eligible applicants must have:
- Received their MD or DO degree from a program accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education or American Osteopathic Association
- Attended an ACGME-accredited residency program
- Graduates of medical schools outside of the U.S. or Canada must hold a valid Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate.
Applicants must include the following materials with their application:
- Photo
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Three letters of recommendation, one from your residency program director
- Personal statement
- Please describe what you hope to accomplish during your fellowship. Explain why you are applying to our fellowship as well.
- USMLE Step 1, 2 and 3, pass or fail
- COMPLEX scores
- Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology in-house scores

- Friday, May 1, 2026: (12PM CST): Deadline for fellowship programs to receive fellowship applications.
- Thursday, June 4, 2026: Initial notification to invite candidates for interviews.
- Thursday, June 11, 2026 (12PM CST): Initial deadline for applicants to accept or decline interview date. Additional interview invitations can be sent at this time.
- Friday, June 19, 2026: Deadline for alerting invited candidates as to which interview date they are given (including option of wait listing them if they cannot make the offered slot) as well as informing ALL candidates of their status (i.e. invited for interview, wait-listed; or rejected).
- Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (9pm ET) Rank Order List Certification Deadline

Accreditation Status
The Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship is an ACGME-accredited three-year program resulting in eligibility for subspecialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
