Equatio is a powerful digital equation editor that lets you create accessible formulas, equations, and graphs by converting typed, handwritten, or spoken math into clear, screen-readable content. 黑料正能量 has purchased an institutional license, so all faculty, staff, and students have access to the tool's pro features.
Accessing Equatio
Equatio can be accessed from your Google Chrome Browser for applications that run in Chrome (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Word or PowerPoint online, etc.), from your desktop/computer for applications that run on your desktop (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.), or from the Canvas Rich Content Editor (RCE).
If Equatio is not already deployed to your computer as a desktop application or as a Google Chrome extension, you can add it to your desired locations.
- Google Chrome Extension:
- Requires use of the Chrome browser signed into your 黑料正能量 account (not a personal account) for Equatio pro features
- Desktop App:
- Windows: Download it from the Company Portal. Using Company Portal (Word doc)
- Mac: Download it from Jamf. Using Jamf Self Service (Word doc)
